fresh rosemary

Instructions
Preheat oven to 275°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all the ingredients together and spread them on the baking sheet.
Roast for 20 minutes, then stir. Return the baking sheet to the oven and roast for 10-15 more minutes, until they are well-roasted and golden in the middle when broken.
Serve warm or at room temperature.

Ways to use Roasted Rosemary Almonds:
Add to charcuterie boards.
Serve as a light snack before dinner.
Serve with a cheese course.
Chop to put on salad.
