- 12 jalapeno peppers
- 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese grated
- 2 Tablespoons chives chopped
- 4 ounces bacon cooked and chopped
- ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Cut each jalapeno pepper in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scrape the vein and seeds from each half. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients for the filling.
Divide the filling between the jalapeno halves and top with more grated cheddar cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes, then turn the broiler on to brown the tops.
Serve immediately.
