Ranch Dressing | Homemade + Dairy Free

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup full-fat coconut milk the canned variety and don't mix it up ... just scoop the solids off the top
  • ¼ cup fresh Italian parsley chopped finely 
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh chives chopped finely
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh dill chopped finely
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice freshly squeezed (add more to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients and whisk until combined. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
