Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup plain yogurt drained, if it is too watery
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 large garlic clove chopped finely
  • cup cucumber chopped very small
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill chopped

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything except the dill in a small bowl. Stir to mix thoroughly. 
  • Let rest in the refrigerator for an hour, stir in the dill, and serve.
