Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing

This is a mildly flavored blue cheese dressing that will fit any green salad, Cobb Salad, or Steak Salad. Or even Buffalo wings. Anything you want to put it on!

Ingredients
  

  • cup buttermilk
  • 2 ounces blue cheese crumbled
  • cup + 1 Tablespoon Sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon granulated garlic
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • ½ teaspoon coconut palm sugar see Notes

Instructions
 

  • Add the blue cheese to the buttermilk and use a fork to mash it together.
  • Add all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • Pour into a jar and refrigerate for at least four hours.
  • Serve with your favorite salads or Buffalo Wings.

Notes

I use Coconut Palm Sugar because it has a low glycemic value. However, use whatever sweetener you prefer.
