full-fat coconut milk
the canned variety and don't mix it up ... just scoop the solids off the top

fresh Italian parsley
chopped finely

garlic powder

fresh chives
chopped finely

lemon juice
freshly squeezed (add more to taste)

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients and whisk until combined. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
